1. Application field of rotary drilling rig

In the construction of large-diameter concrete cast-in-place pile abroad, the application of rotary drilling rig accounts for more than 70%, and the reverse circulation drilling rig is almost no longer used in the European market. In the domestic piling machinery products, the production of rotary drilling RIGS accounts for nearly 50%, (the rotary drilling RIGS in Yunnan accounted for 70%).

2. Construction scope

The formation range of rotary digging from silt layer, silt, clay, sand, pebble, gravel, mudstone, sandstone, limestone, hard volcanic rock and other almost all strata, can effectively drill the strength of less than 180MPa rock, or the bearing capacity of less than 3000KPa formation.

3. How it works

Compared with rotary drill and percussion drill, the construction efficiency of rotary drill is 15 to 20 times that of the former.
